PRE-FINISHED, 3MM (1/8″) SOLID ALUMINUM NON-COMBUSTIBLE CLADDING PANEL
Vitraplate is a pre-finished 100% solid aluminum cladding panel product that is coated with your choice of an industry leading 70% PVDF Kynar coil coated paint system or an anodized finish. This flexible paint coating means that the panels do not require fabrication prior to coating. The benefit of using pre-finished cladding panels reduces the lead-times, limits potential damages and construction costs.
Vitraplate is available in the following gauges: 3mm (1/8″), 5mm (3/16″) gauges and 62” wide panels as standard. Custom widths are also available upon request.
The Vitraplate solid aluminum cladding panels are durable, high impact resistant and can also be curved rolled and fabricated into custom shapes. This versatile fully solid and non-combustible plate product is becoming increasingly popular within the construction industry.

Vitraplate aluminum cladding panels are made from premium-grade aluminum that provides first-class panel longevity as well as corrosion resistance. It can be installed using one of our Arrowhead installation systems and is also compatiable with other industry systems.
Colors & Finishes
Vitraplate features the same PVDF coating system as all Fairview cladding products. Due to its proven superior quality, extensive color range and integrity, this product has major benefits over traditional post-painted aluminum products. As mentioned earlier, the panels are pre-finished with flexibile 70% PVDF Kynar paint coating system that means they do not require fabrication prior to coating as was previously required for traditional powder-coated cassettes.
