PREMIUM METAL FLASHING MATERIAL THAT IS COLOR MATCHED TO YOUR PRIMARY BUILDING FINISH

Fairview’s Edgeline premium metal flashing material, also known as flat sheets, is a pre-finished product available in 0.032” and 0.040” thicknesses. This durable product guarantees fade resistance thanks to the superior coil coating on all Edgeline panels that guarantees that they will perform for the lifetime of the facade finish.

Edgeline is available in 3000 or 5000 series aluminum depending on your specific needs. Our Edgeline flashing materials are available in the same premium coil coated finish PVDF Kynar paint system as Vitrabond FR aluminum composite, Vitrabond G2 engineered plate and Vitraplate 3mm(1/8″) solid metal plate products. These products used together on a building facade will look the same not only from project completion but also for years to come as they are exact match in terms of finish but also paint quality.

Edgeline is an ideal solution if you are looking to achieve a seamless look on your project. This can be especially desirable if you are using a custom finish(es). All of our flashing material is available in the exact color of your building facade panels and we are also able to color match specific custom finishes.

Parapet Cap

Slab Edge Cover

Sill Flashing

Our high-performance sill flashing designs enable flashing to be installed prior to framing.

Drip Edge

A drip edge is a non-staining and non-corroding material applied to a roof’s edge to allow water to filter out of the roof system.

J-Channels

Our J-Channels provide a secure fit and support for aluminum soffit channels.

At present we stock 26 finishes in our warehouse in Connecticut and are looking to expand on this in the near future.
